Another great partnership with HYR Building LLC and Derrick White of Coastline Construction, this full home remodel converted a 1200 sq foot basement into a full living space. Increasing the home value with an airbnb rental space, the project included a new kitchen, livingroom, bedroom and office. A separate entrance was all so created. Outside improvements included a  full exterior hardscape remodel and a 400 sq foot raised deck 10ft off ground. The front of the home was wrapped with cedar. The final piece was conversion of the kitchen to an open floor plan. The original property was purchased for 900k. Investors put 350k into the whole home remodel which sold in the first week for 1.6M.  The project took 5 months total to complete.
