Designed by Carlos Architecture from the vision of Shirley Slee, Adams Street build was a whole home remodel. This project included a beautiful 600 sq foot stone wrapped kitchen addition. The backyard was completely remodeled with a dry scape, all new concrete, raised garden and vineyard. The fences were built from 40 year old scaffolding planks to give an authentic rustic look and feel. Project included a full remodel of wood burning fireplaces and the addition of a gas burning fireplace. The addition of unique Spanish trellises completed the remodel. The home was a 940k investment project with 450k in renovations. It took 6 months to complete. The finished remodel sold for 1.7M within 5 days. (50k over asking price)
